2023 PRICING

​First of all, let us congratulate you both and thank you for considering us for your entertainment needs! We have been DJ’ing weddings since 2008 and we have been having a blast. Each year we have been building and adding to our DJ services. I have included a list of all the additional options we offer and their pricing. Once you begin to price around other companies, you will find that our rates are hard to beat. We are able to keep our prices low because we would already be there to DJ! No need to hire additional people or worry about multiple vendors. We are all about convenience for you both.



DJ Entertainment - $1,500.00

For us, this is how it all started and this is where our passion is. We love music and we love to engage our crowds to make your big day everything you dreamed it to be. Our DJ package includes all of the following:

• 2 meetings to go over your specific wedding layout
• 5 hours of consecutive playing time
• Our premier sound and lighting set up
• Free set-up & tear down
• Travel rates depends on location of venue.



Photo Booth Entertainment -$650.00 (If we are your DJ’s)

Are you trying to figure out what favors to provide your guests? Look no more. Let our photo booth do all of the work for you. The photo booth is a fun way to get your guests up and involved in your wedding reception. They can use our props and take a set of three pictures! The booth will print out  2 strips! The Photo Booth package includes all of the following…

• 5 hours of usage
• 1 USB flash drive with all photos saved for you to view and enjoy later
• FREE prop box for your guests to enjoy
• An attendant to keep the flow moving and table organized
• Customized photo strips with your names and wedding date in your wedding colors




Up Lighting Package ($25 a Light)

Let’s work together to bring your venue to life! Use our up lights to make your venue glow. Our up lights are lithium battery powered and require no cords. These lights can be uses to shine off the walls and ceiling. With 10 different color options we are sure to match your wedding colors so everything ties in together. We would be happy to show you some example photos if you are interested.

**Minimum of 4 lights per rental**


Gobo Projectors ($200.00 each)

Gobo projectors are the perfect way to project your personal message onto a wall, dance floor, or back drop @ your venue. We will take care of ordering your personal gobo for an additional $50.00 each.

These projectors can also project some other popular images as well (snowflakes, hearts, bride and groom dancing) free of charge.

We would be happy to show you how these projectors work as well if you are interested!



Portable Sound ($225.00)
Are you in need of sound for your outside ceremony? We have you covered. There is no need for a generator or extension cords. Save time and energy and allow us to set up our battery operated sound system to project your ceremony music!

**This system includes one wireless handheld microphone and stand.**



Video/Photo Projector ($250.00)

Have a slide show you would like to play? Use our projector and screen! Keep your guests entertained during the cocktail hour by playing a slide show of your personal love story. Laptop not included with rental. Works with most Apple and PC products.



T&M Party Bus- You Party, We Drive! ($575.00 If we are your DJs or  $675.00 for Non-T&M Couples)

Need a ride for you and your bridal party? Our Party bus is the perfect vehicle to get you there! You provide the alcohol and we will do the rest. With 13 leather passenger seats, Karaoke, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound system, DVD player, and mini bar, your crew won't want to get out! Our professional and courteous drivers will be there to make sure you and your guests have a night to remember. Your rental includes:

• 9 Hours of Rental Time
• Fuel
• Driver
• 1 Case of Water and Ice




Booking/Saving the Date

If you are interested in booking our services, great! We will need the following information from you:
  • Wedding Date (Month, Day & Year)
  • You and your fiancés first and last name
  • Contact phone numbers
  • Your Mailing address & email address
  • •Name and address of reception venue
  •  Estimated number of guests
  •  A list of the services you would like to book
  • Time of ceremony (If we are providing music)
  •  Time of reception


What happens next? 

We will mail you 2 contracts. One contract is for you to sign and keep and the other is for you to sign and return along with your non-refundable deposit. The deposit varies on the amount of services you are booking. Along with your contracts with be a small questionnaire that should be returned with your contract and a wedding layout. The wedding layout is for you to keep and work on! This is what we will use to organize your wedding reception!
Please note, that wedding dates are not reserved until a deposit is made.
